Hosting Care for a Business Website

Match the website’s business functions with care and capacity.

Business website connected to managed hosting and ongoing care.

Your business website may need to answer questions, receive enquiries, take bookings or support a store. Choose hosting around those functions, then agree who keeps the environment maintained and who handles changes to the website.

Hosting plans from $49.99/month

Tier 1: 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM and 100 GB storage. We confirm capacity, compatibility and any extra work before quoting.

A website surrounded by a review, update and verification cycle.
Care follows the business functions

Agree what the website needs to do, keep the covered components maintained and check the customer paths that matter.

Start with what the website needs to do

We focus on WordPress, Joomla, Laravel and static websites. A WooCommerce store needs a workload review. Other applications require assessment before support is confirmed.

What the hosting team handles

The core offer combines an isolated customer virtual server, server patching, monitoring, SSL and edge protection, off-site backups and supported platform care. Review included care and separately scoped work so the division of responsibility is clear.

Content edits, marketing, new features, a redesign, domain renewals and inbound business email should each have a named owner. A hosting move does not automatically transfer these services or include every third-party licence.

Build a useful monthly budget

The four published hosting tiers range from $49.99 to $109.99 USD per month and differ in capacity. The quote confirms covered websites, migration work and any add-ons. We retain the existing Tier 1–4 labels; choosing a plan is an enquiry, not an automatic purchase.

Ask for any setup work, premium licences, email services, content tasks and extra technical management to be itemised. Confirm backup retention, response coverage and cancellation terms in the Service Summary and service terms.

Bring the current site into the conversation

Share the public URL, platform, important functions, current host and who controls the domain and email. We review compatibility and the migration plan before agreeing a cutover. Keep credentials out of the initial inquiry.

Know how to get help

Existing customers use the established My Cloud Manager support route. Continuous automated monitoring and human response coverage are separate commitments; ask for the coverage that applies to your service.

Small business hosting questions

Is Tier 1 suitable for every small business?

Business size alone does not describe a website's workload. We review traffic, functions, storage and integrations before recommending capacity.

Can I keep my web designer?

Yes. Agree the designer's access, responsibility for changes and approval process alongside the managed hosting scope.

Does hosting include building a new website?

A design or rebuild is separate work. The hosting enquiry can identify that need so the scope is clear before quoting.
